I believe this is the end of my hollow-Tyler-spinoff series because it's getting much warmer and I'm feeling much less hollow. We told ghost stories at Omar's a week and a half ago and here are its sounds.http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

Screen House Music - Half Dream
Biz Strother - What Happened to You?

Francoise Hardy
Tous Les Garcons et Les Filles
'All the boys and girls' is the only album able to make me feel good no matter what. Ty introduced me to one of her songs a while back then when I was in France good music was (and still is) pretty hard to come by and this album really stuck with me. I like to think of it as a sort of stroll-through-the-park-with-ipod-in-ears kind of music, preferably at dusk, when it's warm enough out for no sweatshirt or any jackets or anything.

m0ck
Played a show with these dudes at Ethical Humanist in Garden City back in summer. They were mad nice. Sent me an awesome email letting me know they're spreading the practiceroomrecords.com love. From there I found their site and some videos and this is too awesome:
But I'm in a rush, it's 60 degrees here in Binghamton in February so I gotta get on my first bikeride down to Koke and Jordan's place. When I get back hopefully I find some of their actual music. Peace and love

Kanye West
I've had trouble giving this dude a chance but Andrew threw this on in the car one night and I'm hooked (though i can't say I've taken interest in any other song of his.. yet).
Anyway, I think it's safe to say that this is a really good, likable song:

Moonrainbow
For my last night before heading back to the Bing (which has been the bomb thus far, by the way) Kenny came over and we went to David Weld's. Such a good night. We talked under the moon a while where we saw a really vibrant Moon Rainbow which sort of emanated circular around the moon through the clouds. Point is: it reminded me of the song of the same name by The Comas. They made some pretty awesome songs and I dropped you guys 5 of them. They're one of my 9th grade fav bands which means I don't keep them organized by album, just a gooey mess of goodness. So enjoy this random assortment of The Comas, please.

Sam O'Hare
Danielle posted this video on her facebook because she's looking to go to Coachell
And I thought it was fucking awesome. So I researched the artist a bit and found this other awesome video he made of New York City:
So sick how he makes everything look like they're models, really made me look at the world in a new perspective. Too cool...
